Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how BaseOrbit ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our applications and services, including Saravi Flow ("the App") and the baseorbit.ai website ("the Site").
By using our products, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
1. Data We Access (Google User Data)
When you choose "Sign in with Google," the App may access basic Google account information:
- Email address — to identify and secure your account
- Display name — to personalise your experience
- Profile photo URL — to display in the App (optional, if provided by Google)
- Google account unique identifier — to link sign-in to your App account
We do not access Gmail content, Google Drive files, Contacts, Calendar data, or other Google user data beyond basic profile information.
2. Data We Access (Apple User Data)
When you choose "Sign in with Apple" (available on iOS), the App may access:
- Email address — either your real email or Apple's private relay address
- Display name — as provided by Apple (optional)
- Apple user identifier — to link sign-in to your App account
We respect Apple's email relay system and do not attempt to resolve private relay addresses.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Authentication — to sign you in securely and maintain your session
- Account management — to create and maintain your App account
- Personalisation — to show your name/photo inside the App and personalise AI interactions
- Core functionality — to store and retrieve your reflections, quests, practices, conversations, and preferences
- AI features — to provide personalised AI companion responses, quest generation, and progress reports
- Security — to detect abuse and protect users and the service
- Service improvement — to identify and fix bugs, improve performance and reliability
4. App Data You Provide
The App stores content you create, including:
- Reflections and journal entries
- Check-in data (energy levels, mood)
- Quest completion records
- Practice/tracker logs and entries
- Conversations with the Saravi AI companion
- Preferences and settings (language, voice, focus areas)
- Achievement records
This data is used solely to provide the App's core functionality to you. We do not use your personal content to train AI models.
5. Where Data Is Stored
We use Google Cloud services to operate the App. Data may be stored in:
- Authentication services — identity data (email, user ID, auth tokens)
- Cloud database — app content, settings, and preferences you save
- Web hosting — serving the application (no user data stored)
- Local storage — a copy of your data is cached on your device for performance and offline access
Our cloud infrastructure provides enterprise-grade security, encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and compliance with major security standards.
6. AI Processing
The App uses Google's Gemini AI to power conversational features, quest generation, and speech services. When you interact with AI features:
- Your messages and relevant context are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing
- AI responses are generated in real time and not stored by Google for model training (per Gemini API terms)
- Voice input is processed via Google's AI for transcription
- Text-to-speech is processed via Google Cloud Text-to-Speech API
These interactions are subject to Google's Gemini API Terms of Service and Google Cloud Terms of Service.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share Google user data or Apple user data with third parties except:
- (a) To provide the service using Google Cloud infrastructure
- (b) To process AI requests via Google's Gemini API
- (c) To comply with legal obligations or valid legal process
- (d) To protect the security, integrity, and safety of our users and services
We do not use third-party analytics services, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels.
8. Data Retention and Lifecycle
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. The App includes automatic data lifecycle management that keeps your data relevant and your account manageable. Specific retention periods are documented within the App and may change with product updates.
9. Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- In-app: Go to the YOU tab → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account"
- By email: Request deletion at support@baseorbit.ai
When you delete your account, all personal data (including content, preferences, conversations, and AI memory) is permanently removed from our servers. Local storage on your device is cleared upon deletion. This action cannot be undone.

10. Data Security
We use reasonable and industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) for all data transmission
- Encryption at rest for data stored in Google Cloud
- Per-user data isolation enforced by security rules
- Secure authentication with token management
- Rate limiting on API endpoints
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that data promptly.

12. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (available in-app and via email)
- Object to or restrict certain data processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

13. International Users
Our services are operated from India and data is processed using Google Cloud infrastructure which may have servers in multiple regions. By using our products, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data as described in this policy.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where practical, notify you through the App or by email.
Your continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
