Delete Your Account

Saravi Flow — Account & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can permanently delete your Saravi Flow account and all associated data at any time using either of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete from the App

This is the fastest way to delete your account:

1. Open Saravi Flow and sign in
2. Go to the YOU tab (bottom navigation)
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
4. Tap "Delete Account"
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and all data will be permanently removed immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email:

1. Send an email to support@baseorbit.ai
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request — Saravi Flow"
3. Include the email address associated with your account

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 48 hours.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, all of the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your profile information (name, email, photo)
• All reflections and journal entries
• All check-in data (energy levels, mood records)
• All quest history and completion records
• All practice/tracker logs and entries
• All conversations with the Saravi AI companion
• AI memory and identity context
• Achievement records and progress data
• All preferences and settings
• AI-generated reports
• Local storage on your device

What You Should Know

• This action is permanent. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
• Immediate effect. In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are processed within 48 hours.
• Google/Apple account is not affected. Deleting your Saravi Flow account does not affect your Google or Apple account.
• No retention. We do not retain any personal data after account deletion.

Alternative: Start Fresh

If you want to reset your data but keep your account, you can use the "Start Fresh" option in the YOU tab. This clears your activity data, quests, and AI memory while keeping your account active — useful if you want a clean start without losing your sign-in.
